WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
There is no minimum order if you are a retailer or distributor. If you are a design professional or an entrepreneur in the restaurant or hotel industry, please contact us to discuss your project at 514 993 5979/514 770 8452/514 267 8146, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay your order by credit card, check or bank transfer. We accept VISA and Master Card and add an extra 3% for American Express. You can also request conditions. Once we have approved your credit, we can work with you to determine the best terms of payment for your needs.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
All of our products are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. If you place a container order, it will come directly from the country of origin of the product.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR INVENTORY PRODUCTS?
All items in stock are shipped on average within 2 working days, depending on availability. The date of arrival will depend on where you are, the carrier you are using, the shipping service you have selected and other circumstances. Our customer service team will be happy to answer all these questions for you!
WHY A PRODUCT THAT WAS IN STOCK ONLINE YESTERDAY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
Due to the unique nature of our parts and our diverse customer base, our inventory is constantly changing. All items are shipped on a first come, first serve basis and as such we may be out of stock at any time. However, you can contact our customer service at email@example.com to find out when a new shipment will arrive, or for advice on similar items that are available to you.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOME?
As a business-to-business company, we cannot offer delivery of individual parts to a private residence. However, we can help you acquire the item you are interested in. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW CAN I DETERMINE MY SHIPPING COSTS?
Your freight rate will be determined based on your postal code. We can arrange transportation to your shipping address or you can pick up your order at our Montreal warehouses at no charge.
For Western Canada, all orders over 4 000 $ will have a limit of 20% for dock to dock delivery.

WHY IS MY DELIVERY DATE CHANGING? WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
There are many factors that may affect the availability of your order depending on weather conditions or factors beyond our control. We try to constantly update your delivery date to keep you up to date with your shipment.
WHAT TO DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
At Gestart Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in having satisfied customers. If your shipment arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with your order, be sure to have a copy of a signed waybill stating that your freight was received damaged. Then send photos and an explanation of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints must be made within 10 business days of receiving your order.
