Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Canada and Quebec.

You also have the option to pick up your order directly at our Montreal warehouse, located at 9600 Meilleur, H2N 2E3. No shipping fees apply for orders to be picked up.

Please note that the delivery destination must have a commercial loading dock.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours to offer you the best shipping options. Your approval of the shipping charges will be required before the order can be finalized, invoiced and shipped.
